We had an amazing trip of a life time with the assistance of Charles. Charles was with us every step of the way and helped us develop an itenary that met our wants. He was patient and had the local experience. Our driver's Jason and Kelvin ensured we had an amazing time, everyday they were prepared to meet our requests. We seen the Big 5 on numerous occasions. The accommodations were top notch, the food great and the experience was out of this world. I recommend you use this local.company. I investigated and interviewed a number of companies and this one met all of our needs. Our 19 day itenary was special and so thought out, again a big thank you to Charles, and again the best drivers Jason and Kelvin.

We spent 7 days doing safaris around Kenya (Amboseli, lake Naivasha, lake Nakuru & Masai Mara) with Anthony as our guide and driver from Meektrails! Thanks to Anthony we saw so many animals, more than we could have had imagined! Anthony was very sweet, full of energy and passionnate. We learned so many things about animals, nature and culture. We felt very safe with him, it was obvious he had a lot of experiences and was kind to people around him. We highly recommend him and Meektrails for your next trip to Kenya.

Meek Trails provided a really good overall experience. The places we stayed were very good, and they organised transport well, making it easy for us to get everywhere we needed to go. The food throughout the trip was also very good.They were very accommodating, especially when it came to things like picking us up from the hotel and helping with arrangements. The price was good compared to other options we looked at, and the payment process was simple. Communication was easy overall as well.One small improvement would be letting guests know the pickup time the day before so there’s no need to ask. I’d also recommend contacting them through WhatsApp rather than email, as they seem to respond quicker there.One tip for future travellers: if you’re going during the rainy season, it’s probably better to choose the Jeep rather than the minivan. Also, if you’re doing a longer trip like we did (six days with quite a lot of driving to see everything), the Jeep is likely the better option as it’s generally quicker and more suitable for the roads.Overall, a very good experience and I’d recommend them. 🚙🌍
