From the very first moment we started planning our 8-day Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara itinerary with Peris, everything was handled professionally and with great care. He answered all our questions with patience and enthusiasm and always made the effort to position the vehicle perfectly so we had the best possible view of the Big Five and other animals, even when many other cars were around.Thanks to Anthony, we witnessed unforgettable highlights: a leopard with her two cubs, a lion eating a zebra, a cheetah with a Grant’s gazelle, and herds of elephants, lions, etc right in front of our car door. These were once-in-a-lifetime moments.Anthony was always on time from the airport pick-up to the final drop-off at our hotel in Nairobi. He navigated the long and sometimes bumpy roads (the “free massages” made us smile!) without ever needing Google Maps and always made us feel safe and comfortable. Thanks to his vast experience and extensive contacts, we were always in the right place at the right time for the best sightings. His knowledge of wildlife and ability to predict animal behaviour meant that our sightings were always the best possible. My wife and I did the 10-day tour. We don't regret choosing this local agency to guide us. He is a helpful and competent person who always responded promptly.Now, let's talk about our guide. We were fortunate to have Anthony as our guide for the entire 10 days. He is a very warm and kind person who quickly puts people at ease. Anthony has extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna of each park we visited. Even outside the parks, he shared anecdotes about the history of the places and the objects we encountered along the way. He is very interesting to listen to. Regarding his driving, he's an excellent driver who handled all the short and long journeys perfectly and navigated the various terrains and routes safely.As for the safari itself, Anthony knows how to find the best spots and viewpoints, which was very helpful given my passion for wildlife photography. We also want to emphasize his respect for the wildlife and the animals we encountered, a respect we share. We booked 7 day Safari and had an amazing time!! Thankyou ver much Peris you were wonderful... from the start the communication was great & very pleasant and made sure that we have a lovely time! We went to Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara. All accommodations & food and transport arrangements were excellent.At the resorts & hotels the food was hygienic & tasty with a huge variety. Our Safari driver James was great very flexible & friendly .He made lots of efforts to ensure we see all the animals & especially the big 5. Luckily we got to see all plus many more. Weather in January was ideal ! After Safarii we went to Galu beach, Diani for a break. All in all we had a memorable holiday with family. We'd highly recommend Meektrails to our friends & family for a superb Safari experience. This was our first trip to Kenya and won't be the last ....Wow, Kenya is a fantastic country.

We had the most amazing week with Ben as our tour guide and driver, could not recommend him and Meektrails more! We had never done a safari before so did a lot of research before choosing Meektrails and were so happy with our choice. Ben was so friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond every day to ensure that we had the best time and saw more animals than we ever imagined. He seemed to always manage to predict where the animals would be going at different times and always got us into the best spot for photos, I still don’t know how he did it! We saw elephants crossing in massive herds, a cheetah hunting and lions came right up to, just to name a few. He was always able to spot animals from so far away and had the radio on to make sure he was aware of any cool animal sightings and taking us straight to them. When he passed other guides he would tell them about things we had found, as we often were the first to get there with no one else around. It felt like he was just as excited as us to see all the animals which was so nice, and he always maximised our time in all of the reserves. He was also so knowledgable and happy to answer all of our many questions. My boyfriend loves birds and he was so great at spotting lots of different types and telling us about them. If you can request a specific guide I would definitely really recommend that you ask for Ben. Thank you Ben and Meektrails for a truly magical week that we will never forget!

Meektrails is such an amazing travel agency, totally recommend them. Before the trip, when we were planning the trip, Charles was super responsive and really went above and beyond. He customized the trip based on what we wanted and managed to book all the hotels we wanted. For our three nights in the Maasai Mara, he even upgraded us two levels—from a classic tented camp to a premium luxury camp. That meant we got to enjoy a top-tier safari experience in a private reserve, which was absolutely incredible! Our guide, Ben, was also fantastic—super dedicated and made sure we got to see as many animals as possible. We managed to spot the Big Five, and he explained all the animal behaviors really well. He's definitely a good guide worth recommending. If you're planning a safari in Kenya, Meektrails and guide Ben are the way to go—highly recommend!
