The guides know what they are doing and will do everything to let you experience the safari fully. We had an amazing and unforgettable experience, thanks to all the organizations team and to our guide Anthony Mwai. He is the best, a really kind person that does everything for making you happy and be satisfied. We had a week of Safari with him and we managed to see all the main things, plus with his patience and with his saying Pole Pole (slowly slowly) we had the time to enjoy properly each park. No rush and a lot of trust to him. We are really happy for all what we experienced.

From the start to the end of the safari, every single moment was staggering. From seeing elephants walk directly in-front of our vehicle with the breathtaking b view of Mount Kilimanjaro in the backdrop to seeing a cheetah running at brake neck speeds to catch a fleeing gazelle, the safari had it all. However this experience was taken to an entirely new level by our guide named Bernard Njinu who seemed to be connected with nearly every single person in Kenya, from park rangers to other tour guides he knew them all. On-top of this he spotted a lion from over 500m away with just his eyes hiding in long Grass which my and my family could barely see with binoculars proving his over 20 years was extremely valuable. Coming into this trip I was sceptical of meek trails as I had no idea what I walking into, but once I had started the tour, I finally understood what all nature documentary miss out and that is the ability to look at the majestic creatures is there real habitat close up and not in zoos. This company has exceeded my expectations ten fold and were so good that I’m planing to do a trip with meek trails in the coming future. The only mistake that I made on safari was that I didn’t book a longer Stay. This company deserves only 5 star reviews and if your on the edge of deciding which company to chose, Meek trails will not disappoint. Had an amazing safari experience with Meek Trail Safaris from July 5–10, We were a group of 18 in 3 jeeps, and everything was well-organized—it definitely helped that they own their own fleet of 15 jeeps.Valentine, our safari consultant, was super responsive to all our questions (even if she occasionally had to "check with my boss"!). All payments and logistics were handled in a completely smooth and transparent manner. The boss, Dan, came to our hotel with his team to greet and welcome us in person before we set off, which was a great touch.They even organised our pick up and drop from the airport though it was out of the safari contract since we landed 1 day early and Left 1 day late.Our guides were incredible and made the trip enjoyable and smooth.Gidian (Giddy): The boss, planner, and know-it-all of the group.Joseph: The sarcastic one who kept us laughing.Robin (Rob): The casual, jolly, and easygoing guy.Together, they ran a well-orchestrated itinerary and were super accommodating, consenting to almost every request we made. I highly recommend Meektrails! It was our first safari, and it did not disappoint at all. Right from our initial inquiry, Valentine was amazing at answering all of our questions and guiding us through the process. As for the 7-day safari itself, our guide, George, was informative, helpful, and kind. He always made sure to drive around the best spots so we could get great photos of the animals.
