1. Cancellation by the Customer.
Meektrails Safaris offers a full refund to customers who cancel their safari. Once the cancellation request is received and confirmed, the refund is processed promptly using the original payment method. This policy reflects the company’s commitment to flexibility, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
2. Changes by the Customer
Amendment Requests: Any request to change your booking must be made in writing and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
3. Cancellation by Meektrails Safaris Limited
Meektrails Safaris Limited reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure (such as natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, etc.), lack of participants, or other reasons beyond our control. In
such cases, we will offer:
A full refund of the total package rate.
An alternative tour of equivalent value, subject to availability.
Meektrails Safaris will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., flights, visas).
4. Refund Process
All refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request. Refunds will be made through the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations, medical expenses, and other travel-related issues.
